UPDATE 8/3/06: Lincoln native singer/songwriter Jannel Rap will perform her Sea of Red song at the HuskerPedia™ Hangout tailgate party.

UPDATE 6/20/06: HuskerPedia™ is bringing out the Sidetracks Band from Lincoln to perform at the Saturday HuskerPedia Hangout tailgate party and they will also be giving a Friday night concert in an outdoor setting at Antonello's Restaurant after the Wine Dinner. Here is a map link to the location. The concert will start at 9 PM and go until Midnight. The space is limited to 250 people and people that have already reserved the Cruise and Dinner packages will have priority. The cover charge is the purchase of a special edition Sidetracks Band PediaCard at the reduced price of $15 (normally $20.00). A cash bar will be available. Click Here to purchase your tickets.

HuskerPedia™ has developed several event and travel packages in conjunction with the USC football game on September 16, 2006 at the Coliseum in Los Angeles. Some of the events are co-sponsored by the Californians for Nebraska Alumni Association. They will be listed in this section as they become available. Please check back often. Ultimate HuskerPedia™ Cruise & Dinner Package
Includes the following:
Cruise - Invade southern California on USC grad John Wayne's yacht, the Wild Goose. Two hour Newport Harbor cruise from 3 to 5 PM on Friday, September 15th. Enjoy the view of the multi-million dollar homes including John Wayne's with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. The cruise is limited to 150 people.
Wine Dinner - Elegant Italian wine dinner at the famous Antonello Ristorante at South Coast Plaza just up the freeway from Newport Beach. Cocktail hour starts at 6 PM with dinner served at 7 PM. The dinner is limited to 100 people.
HuskerPedia Hangout™ Pre-Game Tailgate Party - Enjoy food and wine from California and Nebraska wineries (and beer) within walking distance of the Coliseum at the California Science Center. Vince, Roger, and Johnny will be there for autographs and pictures as well as other former Huskers from the 1969 and 1970 team that last played USC. Starting time TBD once game time is announced. PediaCard™ - A personalized Nebraska PediaCard™ that will be used as your ticket for all four events.

Enjoy all of these events in the company of Husker greats Vince Ferragamo, Roger Craig, and Johnny Rodgers. All three will be available for pictures, autographs, and conversation. Be sure to bring your camera. Johnny will bring his Heisman Trophy.
